Actor Prashanth is the top star of Tamil cinema. Born on 6th April 1973 in Chennai. He was born as the son of Thiagarajan who was an actor and director in Tamil cinema. His father Thiagarajan first wanted Prashanth to become a doctor. Prasanth's father Thiagarajan also agreed that the film opportunity would come to Prasanth immediately after completing his schooling. When Prasanth was 17 years old, he made his acting debut with the film Vaikasi Porandachu. Then 1992 was the most important film in Prasand's career and the two films released in that year, Varna Varna Bokem and Sembaruthi, became huge hits. Then in 1998, Jeans, directed by Shankar, became the next milestone in actor Prasad's career.
