Aye dil hai mushkil jeena yahan
(Oh my heart, life is an uphill struggle)
Zara hat ke zara bach ke, yeh hai Bombay meri jaan
(Be alert, be street wise, this is Bombay my love)
Eminent lyricist Sahir Ludhianvi wrote this satirical song long back in the mid 50’s brilliantly exposing the truth about the perils and tribulations of Mumbai city in the film C.I.D. staring Dev Anand and Waheeda Rehman
However almost 60 years later PREM RATAN DHAN PAYO star Salman Khan has now released that the city is not a safe place that too after his precious belongings were robbed by some con girls who duped Salman Khan pertaining to be his fans.
According to a report last week Salman Khan was enjoying at Bandra night club when he was approached by four beauties who introduced themselves as his fans. Salman Khan known for his passion for girls immediately began chatting with them. During the conversation Salman Khan got so carried away that he forgot to pick his personal belongings, i.e. his wallet sunglasses and pendant that he had kept on an adjacent table.
After sometime when the girls had departed and Salman got busy interacting with his crew he suddenly realized that his personal belongings were missing and by the time he hunted for his belonging he noticed that his so-called female fans too were out of sight!!!
Though Salman’s Khan's security guards insisted upon reporting the matter to the police but Salman ignored. Instead he has beefed up his private security to 14 guards, including the two personal bodyguards who are always by his side.
Though Salman Khan declined to comment on the robbery but he lamented that Mumbai has now become an unsafe place to live and any untoward incident can happen anytime!
But Mr. Salman Khan when was Mumbai a safe place? Since the 50’s the city is known for its gang wars, crime and underworld. Yes anything that has increased and is most unsafe in Mumbai is the increasing cases of rash car driving?
Of course who better than you can understand about the rash driving accidents in Mumbai!!!!
