After Salman Khan’s BAJRANGI BAHIJAAN sending a message of communal harmony to our neighboring nation, now it’s Indian actress Nigaar Khan, who rose to fame with her appearance in Salman Khan hosted Bigg Boss season 8 got married to her Pakistani boyfriend this week.
According to reports Nigaar Khan, sister of Gauahar Khan, a popular television actress and supermodel married Khayyam Sheikh, a Pakistani national businessman who is settled in Abu Dhabi on July 23 in Dubai.
Bidding goodbye to Mumbai, Nigaar told media, “I knew that if I have to ever move out of India then the guy would have to be really worth it. Thank god Khayyam is that kind of person, whom I have been dating since long. I have found in him my dream man.”
Insiders reveal Nigaar's wedding was a close, intimate affair with only close friends and family from both sides attending the wedding. The family had organized the mehndi and sangeet ceremonies a day before the wedding.
Nigaar’s sister Gauahar Khan was by her side. She reached Dubai, despite the numerous problems she faced to reach the location.
While Nigaar looked like a princess on her D-day, her sister Gauahar too looked drop-dead-gorgeous. Gauahar donned an icy blue lehenga with golden embellishment for mehendi. For the wedding, she wore a pink and golden lehenga.
Though the wedding was a family affair but reports have it a grand reception in Mumbai is soon expected.
Gauahar Khan is quite excited about the wedding and kept everyone hooked by sharing photographs of the wedding ceremonies on the micro-blogging site.
