Bollywoood’s three Khans viz Shah Rukh, Salman and Aamir are known to be at loggerheads with each other but there is something common between the three. Wanna guess what? Well all three have undergone 3-D face scanning technique!
First it was Salman Khan, who used the technique for his movie EK THA TIGER, then Mr. Perfectionist Aamir Khan experimented with it in DHOOM 3 and the latest news in Badshah Khan aka Shah Rukh Khan took time from his busy US trip, during 'SLAM!’ and flew down to Los Angeles for his digital 3D face scanning for the special effects of his forthcoming movie FAN, in which the actor plays a dual role.
According to reports SRK visited the Counter Punch Studios located in the heart of the city and was welcomed regally. Kay Arutyunyan a producer of a leading production house in Los Angeles confirmed Shah Ruk visiting. He said, “Our team was highly stimulated by Mr.Shah Rukh’s professional mannerism, personal approach to all crew members. He was extremely personable and easy to direct through the process. He has a curiosity for technology and groundbreaking processes, and was very hands on during the shoot.
Kay Arutyunyan added, “Our team feels very fortunate to have had the opportunity to meet such a legend in the Bollywood community. We are excited to be working on the face scanning for Mr. Khan.”
Produced by Yash Raj film and directed by Maneesh Sharma, FAN also stars Ileana D'Cruz and Vaani Kapoor and it is slated to release on August 14, 2015.
It may be noted even Mega star Rajnikant had undergone 3-D face scanning technique for KOCHADAIIYAAN.
