Are Virat Kohli And Anushka Sharma Heading For Marriage?

The cat is out of the bag. It has been revealed why Virat Kohli, the swashbuckling fiery batsman of Indian Cricket team has been a total washout in the England tour. According to reports splashing in media, the dashing batsman has been spotted with his girl friend, eminent Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma, sharing the same hotel, where the Indian Cricket Team is staying!! 

In fact there have been grapevines about the duo soon planning to tie the nuptial knot ever since both Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma were first spotted together during the tour of New Zealand. Further the couple spending the England tour together has cemented the belief that the couple are on verge of marriage. 

According to leading national daily Anushka Sharma has been staying with Virat Kohli since the first Test match ended at Trent Bridge on July 13. A reliable source from London reported, “Away from the glares of the paparazzi of India, the duo, Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli, are having a ball time together in England. The couple has been spotted spending romantic evenings, arm in arm, at many places in England.” 

It is alleged that it’s BCCI’s decision to allow the Bollywood actress to stay with the cricketer. However India's team manager Sunil Dev denies the allegation. He argues, “I don’t know who has granted permission to Kohli to stay with his girlfriend. However, I am against this rule. I will definitely speak to the BCCI about this lapse.” 

It may be noted that this is not the first time that Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli’s romance has hit headlines. Earlier this year in May, Virat Kohli had air dashed to Jodhpur to celebrate Anushka Sharma birthday, where she was shooting for her home production, NH10.

The duo has been dating since December 2013. In January this year, Virat had even stayed at Anushka's residence for a few days!! 

However despite all these testimonies Anushka Sharma denies all these reports. In a press release through her representative she claimed, "There are several stories online about my wedding with Virat Kohli. However I would like to set the record straight that there is absolutely no truth to these rumours and I would like to request you to refrain from conjecturing about the same.”
